Waiter / Bartender / Hostess

Fluent in English & French, a third language will be an advantage. Adapt to unexpected situation Knowledgeable and compliant to Rules & Regulations prevailing in the Establishment

• Take  part in training snd implement accordingly 
• Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
• Perform " mise en place" of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors
• Clear tables when all guests have finished 

Bartender:

• At least 2 years work-related experience in F&B operation in the related field
• Adapt to unexpected situation
• Knowledgeable and compliant to Rules and Regulations prevaling in the Establishment

• Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible
• Discuss non-routine matters with Assistant Bar Manager / Bar ManagerTake guests’ order promptly and do the proper follow up
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Perform “mise en place” of tables and the bar counter
• Display bottles and ensures that glasses are polished
• Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in respective bar
• Perform “mise en place” for cocktails and prepares drinks
• Welcome guests and serves snacks and beverage
