Serves food and drink in a beach restaurant and provide all related services as per standards
Welcome and direct guests to their seats; present menu and bar list and also take orders
Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
Minimize Wastage
Assist daily briefings and receives instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning
Perform “mise en place” of tables and service stations as per SOP.
Be knowledgeable about all items on the restaurant and bar menu
Clear and clean tables.
Perform ancillary duties
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
QUALIFICATIONS School Certificate and NTC 3 from Hotel School of Mauritius or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Honest and courteous.
