Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking inspired individuals for the following position of Trust / Corporate Administrator
TRUST / CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of Clients with varying structures including Trusts and Companies.
- Preparation of Trust and Company documentation, including resolutions, minutes and ancillary documents.
- Preparation & execution of accurate statutory records, minutes, and ancillary documents ensuring full audit trail maintained.
- Monitoring Client assets.
- Liaising with Clients, their advisers and third party service providers.
- Execution of Client transactions and reviewing documents.
- Ensuring that the business activities are in compliance with legal, regulatory standards and bank requirements.
- To check bank transactions regularly and update loan database
- Splitting and entering any transactions between loan principle and interest accrued.
- Preparation of accounting and commercial data for audit
- Preparation of loan statements
- Dealing with ad hoc requests.
- Work towards a procedure-based culture.
- Undertake and manage full time recording and client billing process of self and potential reportees.
- Handle complaints and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Relevant degree in Finance, Law, Management or Financial-related subject or equivalent
- Experience in administering Trusts, Funds and Companies would be an advantage
- Ability to identify risks associated with client transactions, evaluate them and take decisions.
- Experience of working in a team and harnessing the team’s potential.
- Attentive to detail.
- Self organised; and
- Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines for self and potential reportees.
