RESPONSIBILITIES

• Posting of job adverts online (e.g My Job)
• Screening of application received from candidates
• Phone screening and setting up of interviews
• Draft employment contracts and letters
• Follow up on all HR Matters (Contracts, letters, medical insurance, all supporting documents relevant to the Personal File)
• Filing of all contacts to the ministry within the legal limit set
• Physical filing of all documents/ Creation of new files
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management

PROFILE

• Bac+3 HR/Management
• Very good level of written and spoken french
• Well structured, follows through, reliable
• Highly organized
• Autonomous, Flexible
