• To assist the wages officer for payroll process . To ensure that Time Sheets/Clocking cards are complete, accurate and are properly authorized before processing data;
· To create and maintain employee personnel files and ensuring archiving of leavers;
· To fill job application form for new applicants;
To update local leaves, sick leaves and unauthorized leaves taken by workers and staff
on HRMS;
• To input and cross check accuracy of employees travelling claim;
• To maintain payroll operations by abiding to policies and procedures;
To ensure that other payment and/or deduction in payroll is properly authorized;
• To input data in the payroll database according to Time Sheets/Clocking Cards;
