•Work with Supermarket Managers to plan and direct the work of the Supermarket.
•Help in putting place existing set policies for the proper running of the Supermarket.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Work in and become familiar with all sections of the Supermarket to acquire knowledge in terms of marketing,sales,office works,customer services,store reception,merchandising,staff and inventory.
•Use reports to analyse sales progress of the Supermarket.
•Work with and through Supermarket management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
•Attend periodic evaluations with Regional Managers and HR Manager.
•Achieve a good score in all areas of the management training program in order to qualify to become an Assistant Supermarket Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Sales / Marketing or related field.
Must be computer literate.
Experience in retail will be an advantage.
