Technician (POS)

Implement and support Retail POS and POS application;

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support Retail POS and POS application;
2. Create report for faulty POS;
3. Involve in presales of Retail POS and related Applications;

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Hold at least a Higher School Certificate;
2. 1 - 2 years of working experience;
3. Well verse with Microsoft products – Mainly Windows;
4. Ability to understand, diagnose and troubleshoot SMR POS software;
5. Ability to repair/ replace hardware components on Retail POS;
6. Ability to work odd hours will be an advantage;
