Technical Supervisor

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in related field;
• Knowledge of Principles of Physics and advanced Mathematics;
• Ability to read, interpret and work from electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with the theory of electricity and mechanics as related to installation and maintenance of electrical equipment;
• Experience with materials, methods, practices and tools used in installation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and allied machinery/equipments;
• Ability to repair, maintain and adjust machines for production and change size group;
• Well versed with PLC control and HMI(Human Machine interface)
• Demonstrate a PREDICT and PREVENT Approach, changing from a FAIL and FIX Approach;
• A fast thinker, to be able to select between refurbished and modified machineries to new machinery to effectively reduce waste and run an efficient, continuous manufacturing operation;
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations, first aid procedures, environmental regulations and procedures as they apply to the work site.
• Experience working safely on and around high voltage energized equipment.
• Experience performing heavy manual labor; working on ladder, scaffold and/or platform and racks as necessary.
• You should be dynamic with a strong sense of discipline & ethics;
• You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizing skills and be willing to work odd hours
