Technical Supervisor will have the opportunity to work within the Dairy Plant Division of Innodis Ltd

Brief Duties and responsibilities: 

• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources within the Engineering department.
• Allocate workforce on specific tasks, maintenance, breakdown of machines.
• Monitor safety & occupational health issues within premises.
• Control and ascertain that all equipment are kept in a clean and safe running conditions whether in the factory as well as within the refrigeration compound.
• Organize workloads of technicians efficiently and optimally, so as to minimize wastage of resources.
• Lead and organize technical teams for specific assignments or projects as and when required so as to meet company objectives.
• Organize work of Supervisors/ Foreman and communicate daily with them on important matters.
• Report on environmental issues regarding on wastes disposal, water consumption, and Electrical and Air supplies and liaise with Authorities when required.

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a Degree in Mechatronics, Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in Engineering will be an advantage
• Have good planning, interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer literate
