Technical Executive

• Ensure that WiFi, GPS, Ticketing and are fully operational.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware.
• Carry installation and commissioning of hardware and software.
• Proper Reporting on a daily basis regarding technical issues.
• Ensure proper management for service provision, delivery and support.
• Advise on technicality and feasibility of integrating new devices/accessories.
• Ensure all technical and support information is up to date on the CRM.
• Maintain the organization’s Network and related IT infrastructure.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with other departments whenever required.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices and technologies.
• Any other cognate duties assigned by the Management.

• Bachelor in IT/ Networking
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar job
• Good communication skills
• Team spirit
