OUR CLIENT:
Our client, one of the companies in the financial sector, is seeking to recruit a well experienced Team Leader.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the "Responsable D'unite", your main duty is to oversee the planning, coordination and functioning of strategic business operation.

Your main responsibilities would be as follows:

> Manage and coordinate the duties of the Credit Control and accounting teams to ensure that all processes are accurate and comply with established policies and communication;

> Assist the Responsable D'unite in the management of the day-to-day planning, operation and team work to ensure that required service level and targets are met;

> Act as the main contact of the Front Liners and Responsable D'unite by disseminating information from and to both parties;

> Identify possible recommendations and compile reports on teams's performance and customer's feedback;

> Be responsible for coaching, quality assurance and training of team members as and when required;

> Assist the Responsable D'unite in HR related tasks such as TNA analysis, training and development, staff motivation, performance management, attendance ect...,

> Build and maintain good client relationship.
YOUR PROFILE:
> At least a degree in Accounting and/or management and/or ACCA;

> Bac +5 with successful experience would be an asset;

> At least 4 - 6 years proven experience as Team Leaders (French Accounting experience would be a definite advantage);

> Available for foreign trips to meet clients;

> Excellent French Language Command.
