DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1 People Management - Prepare the annual performance of his entity in collaboration with their line manager
- Recruitment and training of people
- Skills development within the team
- Ensure cohesion within the team and promote a good working atmosphere
2 Operations Management - Prepare the Daily team activity
- Anticipate, qualify, plan and allocate workload
- Manages the logistics required for proper functioning of team
- Participate in crisis management activities and escalations
- Follow ups on operations and ensures quality in delivery
3 Performance Management - Analyze production indicators, workload and difficulties
- Ensure that rules and procedures are correctly followed up
- Analyze malfunctions and proposing corrective actions (process, tools, skills)
- Define Performance Improvement Plans for team when required
4 Project Management / Transversal activities - Works on Transversal projects within the Department or MSC
- Contributes on deliverables needed by the manager
REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Information Technology/ Management or any other acceptable Project Management( PMI) a plus
- ITIL V3 Foundation
- IT Proficient: Linux, VMWare, Application servers
- Ability to build good relationships with local and overseas teams.
- Good interpersonal, team bonding and leadership skills.
- Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills.
- Flexibility relative to working hours
- Technical skills on various platforms
- Excellent language skills (English and French), spoken and written
- Communication and knowledge of ITIL
- 3-5 years working experience in a team
