Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Team Leader Facilities.

 

Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Team Leader Facilities.

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of outsourced facilities management services including soft services and client services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with employees and line managers in the corporate offices to understand their service requirements from facilities.
  • Conduct formal and informal customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to the facilities manager on the results or if there are any issues identified.
  • Receive, log and resolve facilities related queries and complaints from employees and line managers in the buildings. Provide feedback to them on resolution timelines and progress.
  • Investigate the nature of building related failures (for example flickering lights or leaking water) and contact approved contractors to effect the repairs or maintenance.
  • Prepare the inputs for purchase orders and limit orders based on contracted and agreed service requests for maintenance contracts.
  • Check invoices against contracts and recommend for approval if they are in line with the contracts. Raise queries with the service providers if the invoices are not correct.
  • Arrange for small emergency repairs for issued that have to be resolved quickly in relation to the building structure, electrical, plumbing, security or related items. Ensure that repair arrangements are reported to the manager as soon as the issue is under control.
  • Act as internal project coordinator for building, relocation or restacking projects by maintaining project documents (plans, action logs, issue and risk logs) and providing administrative and logistical support to project teams.
  • Coach team members (internal and onsite service provider employees) on the processes and controls that they have to execute in their daily work. Create a clear understanding of the reasons for the controls and the consequences of not adhering.
  • Assist in pro-active security threat assessment on elections and deploy appropriate security counter measures.
  • Assist the Manager with regards to in Country security requirements.

Qualification:

  • Diploma
  • 5-7 Years Experience in building management in a corporate environment.
