Our client, a global advisory and administration group providing a consolidated, one-firm approach to fund administration services is seeking for a Team Leader - Corporate Secretarial and Admin Service.
Job description:
- Manage a team of trust, corporate and fund administrators and ensure day to day administration of a portfolio of Global business companies including funds
- Ensure fiduciary duties are carried out according to applicable legislations.
- Build up relationship with clients, respond to their queries in a timely manner and provide appropriate information and advice.
- Allocate and supervise task of your direct subordinates in your team according to their level of expertise and provide coaching and guidance as required
- Ensure internal procedure/processes and controls measures are followed thoroughly
- Responsible for ensuring the portfolio remain complaint with relevant laws and regulations as applicable.
Job profile:
- University degree in a finance related field or ACCA/ICSA fully qualified with at least 5 years’ experience in the Global Business sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant legislation governing the Global business sector including but not limited to Trust, Company and Securities law as well as well as AML/CTF legislations.
- Dynamic, proactive with excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills as well as ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of fund administration/accounting and be proficient in a fund accounting software and or Microsoft Excel
