TELEMARKETING AGENT

GUARDIAN MARKETING LTD is recruiting 20 Teleagents for English Survey Campaign. Job Description: Employment Status: Full Time Working Hours: 05:00 am to 1:00 pm. Working Days: Monday to Friday Remuneration: Rs 12,000 basic + Rs 3000 attendance bonus.

What we are looking for:

- Must have a very good level of English (oral and written)
- Positive attitude, results orientated & up for challenge 
- Call centre experience or previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be committed, self motivated and has the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Must be able to multitask
- Computer literate (Office/Internet)

Responsibilities:

- Make calls (for both inbound and outbound campaigns)
- Provide customers with product and service information 
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
 - Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
- Demonstrates excellent listening & problem solving skills
