Systems Technician- IT Infrastructure & Networks

Qualifications/ skills: Microsoft Certification MCSA/ MCSE Minimum 3 years experience Main duties: day to day running of Windows environment, formatting of pcs and laptops, implementation of pcs in network and installation of servers.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Microsoft Certification MCSA/MCSE (Qualification) / A+ / N+

Minimum 3 year experience

Knowledge of:
- Windows XP/ Vista/Win 7 Platform/ Win 8/ Windows 10
- Windows 2003 SRV/ 2008 SRV/ 2012 SRV/ Server 2016
- MS Office (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016)
- Hardware diagnostic- printers and pcs
- AD/DNS/DHCP/TS / VPN/Exchange/Routing

- Office 365

- Servers installation

- Symantec software (Endpoint/ back up)

- Firewall

MAIN DUTIES
The main duties will include the following:
- day to day running of Windows Environment
- formatting of pcs and laptops

- implementation of pcs in network
- installation of servers
