RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To assist the Systems & Quality Manager on a daily basis.
2.Ensure compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14000 procedures are adhered to at all levels.
3.Carry out internal audits according to plan
4.Carry out verification activities of processes pertaining to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14000 management systems.
5.Carry out verification activities according to the established HACCP plan.
6.Record data collected during inspection/verification activities and present in a statistical report on a daily basis
7.Compile reports for management as instructed by the Systems & Quality Manager
8.Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislations pertaining to quality, food safety and environment.
9.Ensure the monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organisation’s products.
10.Follow on trends developing in processes and report to the Systems & Quality Manager
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality & food safety management systems
2. Minimum Diploma in Quality & Systems Management
3. Sound knowledge of International Quality Systems & Standards such as ISO 22000, ISO9001, and ISO 14000 etc
