To setup, support and troubleshoot the local infrastructure for the company.
Job Specifications
Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 support where necessary
Installation of workstations required for the operation of the office
Provide technical support for the overall office
Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
Troubleshoot computer systems, telephony system and network related issues
Responds to I.T. departmental support tickets
Respond promptly to call-outs
Ensures that all I.T. set up is complete for new starters
Manage the I.T. inventory for the company
Responsible for the proper and efficient Documentation and filling of all documents relating to the above procedures
Administer Company’s access control system and CCTV System
Follows all internal policies and procedures as set out by their line manager
Rapidly establish and maintain a good working relationship with staff
Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or similar
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux OS
