Duties and Responsibilities (Inclusive but not restricted to)

• Receiving, logging and managing issues/service requests impacting IS services using ITIL best practices
• Ensuring the smooth running of the IS system
• Administer and maintain the CRM software / database
• Administer and Maintain the company network
• Administer (Windows, Linux) servers
• Administer O365
• Run Microsoft task automation and configuration management using PowerShell command
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance of the IS system
• Installing system and application software
• Ensuring all security features are installed and operating properly
• Performing system/data backups and restorations when required
• User management
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and support
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong client service orientation
