Our client, a fiduciary company, is looking for a Support Team Administrator.
Our client, a fiduciary company, is looking for a Support Team Administrator.
Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will assist the executive office work flow in a support function and will liaise with the banks and open bank accounts for the new trust and company structures.
Main Responsibilities:
- To complete banking applications.
- To assist with scanning and filing of documentation.
- Prevention of money laundering and countering of terrorist financing
Qualification:
- Higher School Certificate or Degree in finance or banking from a recognised institution
Candidate profile:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of online banking systems.
- Banking experience and wanting to learn the Trust/management Company trade
- A good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Numerate, diligent and organised.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal (English).
- Accurate with good attention to detail.
- Good team player and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible time management.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong commitment to organisation effectiveness and professional service delivery.
- Demonstrates drive, responsibility and resilience.
- Ability to work under time pressure and to deadlines both internal and external.
- To understand offshore trust and company structures.
