Support Engineer

Our client, a well known company in the IT sector, is actively looking for a Support Engineer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate work and/or on-site interventions
• Identify and diagnose malfunctions
• Provide technical solutions to difficult problems
• Support and assistance to customers
• Analyse training needs

Profile required:

• 3 to 5 years of working experience
• Degree in IT or its equivalent

IT Skills required: 

• Knowledge of Asterisk, SIP or programming language
• Windows/Linux: installation and setup
• MS SQL server: database queries, installation
• Network: IP routing, firewall
