Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the travel industry, is looking for a Support Consultant.

Our client, in the travel industry, is looking for a Support Consultant.

Reporting to Directors both inland and abroad, the successful candidate will be responsible for
Main responsibilities:

• Provide telephone/internet support for clients
• Outgoing calls to hotels in Europe and worldwide to retrieve hotel invoices
• Administration work

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC or Equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in a relevant position

Candidate profile:

• strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Computer literate (email, Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
• Work as a team member
