PURPOSE
This position is responsible for the control, coordination of all the incomings, storage and distribution activities of the spare parts store with a view to ensure optimum service to all customers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect and reconcile all incoming materials with supporting documents
- Store goods in their respective locations
- Issue goods to internal or external customers in adherence with delivery procedures
- Maintain appropriate stock level of spare parts
- Carry out cycle counts
- Organise and monitor the work of subordinate staff
- Maintain strict control over warehouse access
- Maintain the store in a neat and orderly manner
PROFILE
- Higher School Certificate
- 3 years’ working experience in similar position
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Experience in an ERP system would be an advantage
- Honest and trustworthy
