• HSC level or equivalent and experience in related field • Certificate in Food Hygiene

 

  • Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System

  • Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies

  • Conduct daily stewarding meetings and attends daily kitchen briefing in the absence of Superior

  • Ensure that the dishwashing and pot washing areas are effectively manned for the good and smooth running of operations

  • Ensure that the plates and platters are wiped out before being put into the dishwasher

  • Ensure that kitchens and any other designated areas are cleaned

  • Ensure that kitchen and FNB materials are cleaned

  • Ensure that sufficient cleaning materials are available at all times

Ensure that all chemical, kitchen and FNB materials, decoration and accessories are properly and safely stored
