Your Role

The sourcing solutions department is the foundation of the recruitment process. Sourcing stands for research, proactive identification and engagement of candidates.
As a Sourcing Team Leader you will have the responsibility of implementing an accurate sourcing strategy for one of Amaris’ business lines. Your tasks will include:

Providing insights on your business line and developing insights on your target group

Identify target companies, competitors and schools

Creating and launching of a social media strategy for your business line

Developing and assigning a strategy for the publication and refreshing of job offers and search agents

Create and maintain synergy with other team leaders

Organization, coordination and follow-up of the workload of your team

Training and coaching of your team

Develop and ensure continuous improvement and learning curve in your team

Participation in the discovery, identification and benchmark of new recruitment tools and sources

Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.


Your Profile

You have graduated from a bachelor degree in management.

You have a prior experience of at least two years in a recruitment department, preferably focused on sourcing.

You speak fluent English and French and another language will be an advantage.

You are rigorous, eager to learn and independent. You have good communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
