JOB DESCRIPTION: One of our clients is recruiting a payroll and time attendance software support with a an academic qualification in the field of ICT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main responsibilities are as follows:

-Support to the Vipertex Software
-Monitor and maintain the good functioning of the software
-Application configuration and testing
-Diagnose possible faults and solve technical problems
-Bring assistance to the clients over the phone and sometimes in person
PROFILE:
-Diploma in ICT or a Degree in a relevant field
-A person having good communication skills
-Very fluent in english and speaking french as well
-Customer oriented
-3 to 5 years of experience
