Our Client is looking for a Software Developer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Software development and Administration
. Use best practices for coding of software application;
. Perform and oversee software and application development, installation and upgrades;
. Testing before deployment of software application;
. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability;
. Training of end users;
. Problem and incident resolution;
. Escalates any problems or issues through the relevant levels and managers as required;
. Attend to outstanding IT requests;
. Ensure project documentation is always up to date;
. Update IT knowledge base;
System Analysis and Design: Gather information in respect of systems requirement and design;
. Design software application;
. Software testing and validation to ensure that it meets;
Any other cognate duties which are relevant to the position.

PROFILE
. Degree in IT or any related fields
. 2 to3 years of proven software development experience in PHP and strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks and CMS
. Knowledge in dot Net and graphic design will be an advantage
. Understanding of MVC design patterns
. Good mastery of object oriented PHP programming, web server environment setup and configuration, jQuery, and JSON
. Very good understanding of front end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and AJAX. Flash and ActionScript understanding is a plus
. Good understanding of responsive web design principles
. Familiar with SQL/ MySQL/MS SQL relational databases and their declarative query languages.
