JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as site supervisor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Necessary technical qualifications
Understanding facilities management and its financial aspects
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding occupational health and safety
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Management/leadership skills
Customer focus and bottom line orientation
Well organised with excellent time management skills
Driving License
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
HSC or BAC
Diploma in building maintenance/electric/plumbing would be an advantage
