Myjob is recruiting for one of its client who is a General Retailer in premium products. We are looking for a candidate who is responsible, has a good presentation and values service excellence. (1 year contract renewable)
Job Description:
Greeting customers who enter the shop and assisting them in their purchase
Be involved in the stock control and management
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
Stocking shelves with merchandise
Answering queries from customers
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
Balancing cash registers with receipts and dealing with customer refunds
Keeping the store tidy and clean, including hovering and mopping
Dealing with customer complaints
Working with establishes guidelines, particularly with brands
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards, etc
Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
Candidate profile:
Good presentation is a must
Fluent in both English and French
Previous experience within the same field
Proactive, dynamic, responsiblie and ability to work under pression
