Senior Spa Therapist / Spa Receptionist

Provide spa treatments and products advice to guests .Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests.Provide efficient products advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest.

EXPERIENCE

• SC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
• Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy
• Minimum SC,
• Diploma in Massage
• Diploma in beauty Therapy
• Certificate or Knowledge in Supervisory/ administrative skills
• Computer literate
• At least 2 years past experience as therapist
• 1 years working experience at Reception in a Hotel Spa Environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide spa treatments and products advice to guests .
• Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests.
• Provide efficient products advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest.
• Take part in training and implement accordingly
• Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible
• Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System
• Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
• Help therapists in their duties
• Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in Spa
