Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a Senior Recovery Executive.

Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a Senior Recovery Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the recovery team and portfolio as determined and will ensure appropriate action plan and determine strategy to recover funds from ‘Non-performing’ accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the non-performing book by designing the strategies and recommending action for each individual account.
• To prepare periodical reports to various committees on excesses and arrears.
• Ensure that the bank complies with all financial regulations as set out by the regulatory bodies or internal processes.
• Manage the book for restructured and downgraded facilities as well as Non-performing accounts.
• Recommend downgrading and classification of accounts.
• Prepare, present and recommend the action plan of recovery strategies.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor Degree in the field of Legal, Risk Management, Finance or other related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of banking experience, of which, 5 years in a managerial position in the area of Recovery and Risk Management.
