Senior QA Analyst (06285)

The Client is looking to recruit a Senior QA Analyst. The candidate should be willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

Functional and Technical Design sessions. 

Qualty assurance of business and functional requirements specifications. 

Extraction of test requirements from a functional/business/technical specification. 

Analysis and development of test scenario s. 

Integration, functional and non functional testing. 

Logging and maintaing of defects. 

Use of Mobile devices and the securitiy policy to be adhered to. 

Conducting review sessions of test requirements, test scenario and test cases. 

Creation and maintenance of test data. 

Execution of test cases in accordance with test plans.

 Provide efficient reporting/feedback to project and test managers. 

Test User Interface design of software applications. 

Assist in the implementation of the SQA project audit process and toolkit to ensure project compliance with SQA standards and overall deliverable quality. 

Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process.

Profile:

IT related Bachelor and degree.  

Software Testing Certification (ISEB/ISTQB). 

Mobile Training Certification.

3 years of Software Development or Software Quality Assurance experience. 

Minimum 3 years of experience of in software testing and test methodologies. 

SQL Knowledge. 

Knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, XML. 

Proven track record of delivering high quality products. 

Knowledge of application technologies. 

Willing to travel. 

Flexible. 

Proactive with a sense of urgency. 

Customer service orientation. 

Excellent verbal and written English capabilities.
