Senior Manager - Reinsurance.

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, an international company within the Insurance/Reinsurance industry, is looking for a Senior Manager - Reinsurance.

Reporting to the Vice President-Reinsurance, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business. 

Main responsibilities:

• Marketing and sourcing of reinsurance business form focused French speaking territories.
• Sourcing and closure of reinsurance business.
• Co-ordinating with reinsurers, documentation, claims & payment follow ups 

Qualifications:

• MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate from a Reputed Institution with a Strong Academic track.
• Degree of CII (London) would be an added advantage 

Candidate profile:

• 5 to 8 Years of Experience, post qualification in General Insurance, Broking, or Reinsurance
• The incumbent should be fluent in business French & English - Both spoken and written.
• Certified in Business French. Fluency will be an added advantage
• Good IT Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The candidate should be open to travel overseas as per business requirement.
