Nous recherchons un/e Secrétaire/Réceptionniste pour un de nos clients.
Description:
- Operate LGI telephone switchboard during normal office hours
- Connect calls to required extension and take messages
- Liaise with Mauritius Telecom regarding issues relating to telephone network
- Organize and process incoming and outgoing dispatch and mails
- Operating the franking machine
- Order of office stationery and consumables as per stock reorder level
- Coordinate Clerical/Secretarial duties
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Maintain Office equipment check out and availability
- Filing
- Organize employees welfare services such as canteens, allocation of cleaning duties
Profil
- SC / HSC Holder
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies
- Experience of minimum 1 to 3 years in the administrative field.
- Computer literate (MS Office Tools)
- Good communication skills – Oral & Written (English & French)
- Ability to work in team
- Outgoing personality
Conditions
- Basic Salary : Rs.14,000 +/- (Depending on the profile)
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday: 08h30 – 16h30
