Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client in the hospitality sector is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

 

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following:

Job description:

  • Ensure you participate positively/significantly in establishing the Company as the reference & “Kings of Marketing” and the leaders in self‐catering holidays in Mauritius
  • Ensure that by the 30/06/17, you develop and implement a “method” encompassing all steps of world
  • Structure of teams and methods in order to enable the Company to attack overseas projects as from 30/06/2018
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction

Pricing/Yielding & Benchmarking

  • Together with GM, monitor and fine-tune the yielding system and rules, making sure that the Company is achieving the best balance of Occupancy,  increasing faster than industry average from year to year

Branding, Product & Image

  • Management of the different “classes” of the Company’s products, non-exclusive and separate/co-branding on joint ventures
  • Appropriate branding strategy ensuring a coherent offer with regards to our different services

Reservations

  • With the help of GM, develop by 31/12/17, a world class training method & routine leading to each of our reservations’ staff being the best in the world

Communication

  • Use of different means of communication (Web, PR, Press, Ads, etc…) ensuring the Company’s presence and image is constantly reinforced towards Owners, Partners & Guests

Reporting & Documentation

  • Ensure that all resa, agents, and marketing reports be prepared, 100% accurate and circulated to relevant parties within set deadlines

Financial Targets

  • Ensure that you deliver results as per budgeted targets

HR

  • Ensure world class induction for new recruits

Profile:
