Our client, in the retail/wholesale and distribution sector, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Our client, in the retail/wholesale and distribution sector, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Supervisor, the successful candidate will coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Main responsibilities:
- Tracks product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Follow up on Ageing Analysis.
- Competitors Analysis.
- Prepare agendas and issue meeting minutes’ notes when required.
- Update pricelists (Supermarket/ Horeca).
- Follow up on Supermarket/Horeca orders.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
Candidate profile
- Good written & spoken English and French skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office). Experience in Advanced Excel would be an advantage
- Good problem-solving capabilities
