MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB The Job incumbent shall be responsible for the sales of air conditioning units and all associated services to clients. He/she shall be responsible to prepare quotations, effect product ordering and delivery and liaise with suppliers.

The Job incumbent shall be responsible for the sales of air conditioning units and all associated services to clients and shall provide premium customer service. He/she shall be responsible to prepare quotations, effect product ordering and delivery and liaise with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential;
developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales support services;
analysing costs and sales;
preparing sales reports;
meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Candidates to have:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Field
Certificate in Sales & Marketing would constitute an advantage
Knowledge in physics and mathematics would be an advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in a dynamic sales environment
Holder of a valid driving license would constitute an advantage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES
A solid technical background
Good sales skills
Very good communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills
Fluent in French and English
