Our Client, Tusk Contracting Ltd is a well-established organisation which offers its services in subcontracting works in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean. It provides solutions in waterproofing, industrial and decorative flooring, concrete repairs, and ventilation.

 

The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.

 Main Duties:

  • Promote a wide range of sub-contracting services e.g. waterproofing, industrial & decorative flooring, concrete repairs & ventilation
  • Organise and plan site visits to optimise sales & revenue
  • Identify potential customers; maintain & grow collaboration with identified customers
  • Track own sales performance and provide continuous feedback to management; ensure that sales targets are met/ exceeded
  • Prepare accurate proposals and monitor the sales process to closure
  • Provide excellent customer service experience and demonstrate product knowledge
  • Participate actively in the quality management process of the organisation

 

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Minimum HSC/ BAC
  • Certificate/ Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing or BTS Action Commerciale is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of sales experience; knowledge of the construction/ building materials sector is desirable but not essential

 

 Ideal Profile:

  •  Commercial focus with strong sales-track record
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence to overcome objections & turn interests into sales
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Possess a clean car driving license
