CAREER OPPORTUNITY OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO SUPPORT OUR RAPID BUSINESS EXPANSION

 

Main responsbilities :
  • Assist the Commercial Team in achieving the set of sales target
  • Understand customers' needs and requirements and propose tailor-made solutions to meet or exceed customer's expectations
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor and devise appropriate sales strategy
  • Monitor own performance and do regular reporting with appropriate remedial actions
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify business development opportunities to support business growth and profitability
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship with new exiting csutomers
  • Establish customers' understanding of the vehicle's operating features , paperwork and warranty
  • Attend effectively to customers' queries and complains and provide required support and guidance
  •  Work in close collaboration with other teams to ensure lean sales operations and timely customer delivery
  • Maintain quality service aligned to the company's standards
  • Ensure compliance with all the company's policies and procedures and regulations
Profile: 
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant fields ( Graduate preferred)
  • Holder of a clean and valid driving license
  • At least 3 years proven sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
  • Sound knowledge of market trends competition and the automotive industry
  • Possess financial acumen and be self motivated and committed to hitting targets
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide quality customer service
  • Posses strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close sale deal and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
  • Effective time management and coordination skills
