To develop the Sales department and to be responsible for the sales of the company’s products and services by implementing action/sales plans.
Sales
- To maintain sales volume, products and services availability by staying up to date with the supply and demand, regardless of economic difficulties and market changes
- To work in close collaboration with Managing Director in development of sales and marketing strategies to promote company’s products and services
- To prepare a weekly Sales visit for Supermarkets and Hotels and other customers:
- To ensure that Saffra’s products are well displayed in the points of sales and that they have sufficient stock.
- To maintain a good relationship with our clients and its representatives.
- To take orders from existing customers.
- To follow all the promotional campaigns and to ensure that all promotional and marketing tools are well displayed at our customers’ stores (stand, promo tags, posters…)
- To attend to distributor’s meetings locally and internationally as and when required
- To always monitor and analyse the market trends in order to better understand the client needs and requirements.
- To identify new target markets and develop different ways to communicate with them via advertising and other forms of communication
- To identify, organize and develop promotional activities to attract and improve customers’ knowledge of the company’s products and services
- To work closely with advertising companies, internal graphic designer and other professionals as and when required to develop marketing materials

- reviewing sales performance and prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information

- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
Administrative& General
- To maintain a close follow up of the debtors and provide a debtors ageing to Management on a regular basis (Monthly and quarterly)
- To participate in regular management meetings and hold weekly or monthly meetings with Sales team
- To prepare Sales report and market studies
Financial:
- To establish sales objectives by forecasting the revenue that is expected to be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- To implement an action plan and strategies to increase the sales of SAFFRA Ltd.
- To implement new ideas and participate in Management meetings and discuss new possibilities, opportunities and development
- To negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Managing Director as and when required
- To contribute to the sales monthly revenue by selling products and services and visiting clients
