Sales Manager for our Training Department

 

Duties:

  • Participate actively in the developments, evaluation, and implementation of new products and services to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing customers’ needs.

  • Provides input info and execute strategic plan consistent with the annual business plan.

  • Develop and implement short and long term plans and strategies for Sales growth.

  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships and encourage repeat or new business by networking with current and potential clients.

  • Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote initiatives and monitor responses.

  • Maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events.

  • Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentations in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required.

  • Monitor day-to-day operations and overall performance of sales team.

  • Liaise at all times with all team members and provide appropriate tools to team to facilitate sales/reaching targets set by Management.

  • Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

     

    Experience & Qualification:

  • Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or Business Administration.

  • Above 5 years work experience in the Sales and Marketing sector. Experience in property development will constitute an advantage.

  • Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and businesslike approach.
