A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Sales Professional. Our Client, A.B.E Industrial Products (Indian Ocean) Ltd. has a long standing track-record for providing a range of specialised construction products to the building, civil engineering and building maintenance industries. It is now recruiting a Sales Executive to cater mainly for its B2B activities.
Main Duties:
- Sell & promote company products & services to current and potential clients
- Maximise revenue & ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Identify sales prospects by analysing & understanding their needs; follow up on new leads & referrals
- Develop long-term & solid business relationships with professionals of the construction & property sector (e.g. site managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, etc.)
- Provide feedback on market insights to management & sales team
- Prepare presentations, proposals & sales contracts
- Develop & prepare marketing and sales materials
- Identify & resolve clients’ concerns; follow-up with the escalation process
- Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge, e.g. by reviewing professional publications & product specifications
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum HSC / BAC
- Diploma / Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or BTS Action Commerciale
- Minimum of 3 years’ of sales experience; knowledge of the construction/ building materials sector is desirable but not essential
