To act as the representative and main point of contact of the Marketing Department (including overseas Sales Offices) at the hotel.
- Handling all site inspection/hotel visits relating to Eductours. Press Trips, Familiarisation Trips, Groups & Incentives, in line with the established standards.
- Coordinating with all departments of the hotel (Rooms Department, Food and beverage, Spa and other relevant services) in order to ensure the smooth execution of educational, press, Groups & Incentives programs.
- Ensure constant liaison with the Marketing, Communication and Groups & Incentives Departments at Head Office in order to receive adequate guidelines and implement them accordingly at the hotel.
- Organising Conference and Team Building for outside companies
- Wedding coordination
- F & B and Spa Upselling
- Events organization
- Act as Duty Manager
Administrative Duties
- Files all documents within the section accurately.
- Replies to faxes and mails accordingly
Internal/External Communication
- Liaises with the Hotel concerning any request.
- Liaises with Groups & Incentives coordinator (Corporate).
- Liaises with the IT Section to report any technical issues.
A third language (preferably German) will be a definite advantage.
