Casela World of Adventures is looking for highly-motivated and skilled candidate on a full-time basis for the position of Sales Coordinator

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the products of Casela – increase product knowledge, facilitate booking and payment processes, conduct visits and organise eductours in the park.
  • Educate sellers on activities.
  • Propose incentives/discount on off-peak time slots upon approval of Sales Manager.
  • Increase Casela’s visibility within hotels and at Excursion Sellers.
  • Develop sales strategies to boost sales with the assistance of the Sales Manager.
  • Review sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain and develop business relationships via visits/telephone calls/ emails.
  • Implement and follow up on Sales Calls.
  • Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
  • Benchmark the competition on products/services/price.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be requested by Management.

 

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Hold at least a Degree in Sales.
  • Have as minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must be available to work week-ends and odd hours as and when required.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
