Casela World of Adventures is looking for highly-motivated and skilled candidate on a full-time basis for the position of Sales Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote the products of Casela – increase product knowledge, facilitate booking and payment processes, conduct visits and organise eductours in the park.
- Educate sellers on activities.
- Propose incentives/discount on off-peak time slots upon approval of Sales Manager.
- Increase Casela’s visibility within hotels and at Excursion Sellers.
- Develop sales strategies to boost sales with the assistance of the Sales Manager.
- Review sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain and develop business relationships via visits/telephone calls/ emails.
- Implement and follow up on Sales Calls.
- Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
- Benchmark the competition on products/services/price.
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be requested by Management.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Hold at least a Degree in Sales.
- Have as minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be available to work week-ends and odd hours as and when required.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
