Sales Account Manager

EXPERIENCED SALES CALL CENTRE AGENT TO HANDLE A SET OF ACCOUNTS FOR ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENT

The Responsibilities among others:  

• Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients whilst pro-actively SELLING and maintaining regular communication with prospects and clients
• Remain in frequent contact with potential/existing clients through active follow ups
• Contribute towards increase in sales

The Aspirant:

• A go-getter
• Ideally 6 months to 1 year Call Centre Sales experience
• Effective time management skills
• Effortless written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills leading to outstanding client engagement and rapport
• Proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from start to end
• Able to work the hours of 1600 and 0100 Monday to Friday
• Living in the North preferably
• Available immediately
