STORE KEEPER

Controlling and monitoring of vehicle parts flow in the Spare Parts Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To inspect items, as to quality and quantity, against purchase order and suppliers documents;
• To receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders; report, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received;
• To coordinate, monitor and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials;
• To liaise regularly with the other departments to keep latter informed of stock status;
• To prepare and submit monthly reports to accounts department in respect of defective/damaged items

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Minimum SC Level;
2. A previous work experience in stock management will constitute an advantage;

3. At least 1 year of experience in the same job;

4. Experience in automobile sector (parts) will be a definite advantage
5. Proactive and focused;
6. Able to work independently and in team;
7. Self-motivated with attention to detail;
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
9. Ability to work under pressure, organize work load and meet deadlines;

10. Proficient with computer applications
