RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a warm welcome to showroom visitors.
- Advise potential customers and existing subscribers on CANAL+ services, including CANALBOX.
- Receive payments from subscribers and issue receipts.
- Tally encashment at end of shift and prepare banking documents.
- Ensure good after sales services.
- Deal with customer complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
- Any other cognate duties.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- HSC
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Good selling techniques.
