Job Purpose The job incumbent is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of data in an on-going effort to increase sales, reduce expenses and enhance customer service. He or she will also provide operational support to all showrooms by coordinating with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, evaluate and report data
- Support showrooms by coordinating with showrooms supervisors, operations team leaders and other business units
- Monitor contract-out services
- Ensure retail sites comply with Health and safety recommendations and legal requirements
- Manage retail projects
Profile
- A degree holder
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Statistical, analytical & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ERP (preferably Navision) will be an advantage
