Our client is seeking to recruit a Reservation Manager for its operation.
Responsibilities
Oversees the efficient operations for the reservations department and works closely with other relevant departments including sales and revenue.
Profile
A minimun of 3 years experience in Reservations in a similar sized property;
A Diploma or Degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent will be an advantage;
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high performing team;
Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges;
Excellent understanding of yield management.
