To ensure the reservations are inputted correctly with the right standard and calculated rate for the period (based on contracted rate sheets) on the PMS (Property Management System) on a daily basis

To identify irregularities or variance in rates and communicate with reservations department and management accordingly
To advise in case of loss or revenue, cancellations, No Show or any rate discrepencies
To follow up and liaise with Reservations, Finance and Front office departments for any cancellation and No Show fees
To extract and compile weekly and monthly reports of any rate discrepencies
To communicate to the Front Desk team the up-sell strategy for the day
Undertake ad hoc responsibilities and projects as required by the Revenue Manager or General Manager.
